Situations like standing outside the locked front door have been addressed, so guests can rest assured.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and well-equipped facilities. There were some negative aspects of my stay that detracted from the overall experience. The WiFi was not very reliable, and the shower did not have a curtain, which made it difficult to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor.
